Pupils of Gorky Tennis Park train according to the Tennis Under 10 program. This is a certified program that adapts the game to the physical and psychological capabilities of young athletes.

Learning begins with play. The smallest, 4-year-old tennis players, run, jump and play, try to work with the ball and racket. The next stage is “Red Ball”, this is general physical fitness plus tennis. Children grow, develop and move in to more advanced groups, they are called “Orange ball” and “Green ball”. At the age of 10, the most talented guys get into our Tennis Academy.
