Tennis Under 10 is a certified tennis training system for children under 10 years of age, aimed at the selection and development of professional tennis players through the use of special equipment and techniques that adapt the game of tennis to the physical and psychological capabilities at each stage of training.

The success of the training Tennis Under 10 is based on creating the child the conditions in which he can really kick in tennis, control me and move around on the court as adult tennis players do on a standard court.

A specially developed General Physical Training (GP) program aimed at developing the skills and training of a child from 3 to 5 years old to playing tennis. Classes are held in a group twice a week from 30 to 60 minutes in the GP hall. If the child reaches the age of 4-5 years or earlier (when mastering the necessary skills), the child will be transferred to full-fledged tennis training on the tennis court within the framework of the Tennis to 10 (Red Ball) program.

The red ball is divided into 3 levels, where the third level is for beginners and the first one is for advanced players. Every child between the ages of 4 and 8 starts the Red Ball 3 level and plays tennis only twice a week for 60 minutes during the first month. Starting from the second month (at the discretion of the coach), the child also attends GPP classes, the duration of which is from 30 to 60 minutes. Every 3 months, or earlier at the discretion of the coach, the child can be tested to move to the next level of education - category 2 or 3 of the Red Ball, similarly, when the child reaches the age of 8 years or earlier, when mastering the necessary skills, the child will be transferred to the next level - Orange ball 2 or Orange ball 3 depending on the sporting skill.

Starting from the second month (at the discretion of the coach), the child also attends GPP classes, the duration of which is 60 minutes. Every 3 months or earlier (at the discretion of the coach) the child can be tested to move to the next level of education - category 2 or 1 of the Orange Ball, similarly, when the child reaches the age of 9 years or earlier, when mastering the necessary skills, the child will be transferred to the next level - Green Ball 2 or Green Ball 1 depending on the tennis skill.

The Green Ball is divided into 2 levels, where the second level is for the players, and the first one is for the best players. All Green Ball players attend tennis and fitness classes three times a week. Every 3 months, or earlier at the discretion of the coach, the child may be tested for the next level of training - the Tennis Academy to develop a professional career. Upon reaching the age of 10 years, Green Ball 2 players move to the Yellow Ball group, and the parents of Green Ball 1 players must make a choice for their unborn child: continue playing tennis professionally at the Academy, or move to the Yellow Ball group for amateurs.

Rules for court rental cancellation for guests of Gorky Tennis Park: To cancel court rental hours and/or training, just notify us of your decision.
Please notify administration in the following order:
- no less than 12 hours before the start of the court rental and/or training during the period time from 07:00 to 12:00, you must notify the administration of cancellation no later than 20:00 the previous day
- and no less than 5 hours before the start of the court rental and/or training during the period time from 12:00 to 22:00;
* In case of late cancellation, the full cost of the training will be charged (court rental + coach).
* Cancellation without notice to the administration in any other manner is not accepted
* At the end of each season, pre-purchased court rental or practice hours must be used because unused court rental hours and payments will be lost.
