Anastasia Krymkova made it to the second round of the ITF World Tennis Tour W25. The tournament takes place in Astana as part of the “President’s Cup” series.

Nastya is 16 years old and this is her first adult tournament. First, she went through two qualifying rounds: she beat two strong rivals from Russia and India. Then she got into the main draw and went through the first round.

In the first round, Anastasia beat 18-year-old Janel Rustemova. The game lasted almost 3 hours – and Nastya literally snatched victory: 7:6, 4:6, 7:6.

Excellent start. Congratulations to Anastasia and her coach Vadim Shuster!
